Privacy Policy

October 19, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Salih F. Simsek handles information when you use Bakery Tycoon.

Bakery Tycoon stores your game progress on your device: Cash, products, upgrades, regions, boosts, rewards and achievements, your Gem balance and its history, records of your purchases and their delivery, advertising-scheduling state, and app preferences. Bakery Tycoon does not require an account.

If iCloud is available on your device, Bakery Tycoon keeps a small backup in your own iCloud key-value storage so purchased and earned Gems survive reinstalling the app or moving to another device signed in to the same Apple Account. The backup contains your Gem balance, identifiers of paid purchases that were already delivered (purchase transaction identifiers, product identifiers and purchase times), and an anonymous identifier for each installation. It is stored by Apple in your iCloud account and is not accessible to the developer. It does not include VIP Club status, which comes from the App Store.

Bakery Tycoon uses PostHog to measure app launches and gameplay, such as upgrades, rewards, boosts, Gem use and purchase outcomes, and to report app errors and crashes. Analytics uses app-generated anonymous identifiers, does not create personal profiles, and does not use session replay or IP-based location. Analytics events never include purchase transaction identifiers, prices, receipts or advertising identifiers. Advertising services also process diagnostic and performance information to help identify technical issues and improve their services.

Bakery Tycoon uses Google Mobile Ads and Unity Ads through AdMob mediation to provide optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads. The app does not show banner ads. These services may process IP addresses, approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app and device information, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google, Unity, and their advertising partners use this information to deliver and measure ads, provide analytics, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

Ad selection depends on your region, privacy choices, device settings, and ad availability. Google and Unity may provide personalized or contextual ads where permitted. Declining tracking or personalized advertising does not prevent you from playing or necessarily stop ads. Advertising services may still process information needed for contextual delivery, measurement, security, or fraud prevention, subject to applicable choices and requirements.

Where required, Google's consent message asks for your advertising choices before Bakery Tycoon requests ads. On iOS, Bakery Tycoon separately requests Apple's tracking permission; tracking requires that permission. Relevant advertising choices are communicated to the integrated advertising services, including Unity. When required, Settings displays Privacy choices so you can review your choices, including available options to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. You may also change tracking permission in iOS Settings.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Bakery Tycoon uses RevenueCat to confirm purchases and manage their status: Gem packs, the Starter Pack, and the VIP Club subscription. RevenueCat may process purchase and transaction identifiers, transaction status, anonymous app user identifiers generated by its SDK, device and app information, diagnostics, and related subscription and entitlement data so Bakery Tycoon can deliver purchases, keep subscription status current, and restore purchases. The developer does not receive your payment details.

Information on your device is kept until you delete the app, subject to any device backup settings. The iCloud backup stays in your iCloud account until you remove it, for example by turning off iCloud for Bakery Tycoon or managing iCloud storage in iOS Settings. Information processed by analytics, diagnostics, advertising, or purchase service providers is retained under their own policies. Bakery Tycoon does not control those retention periods.

Bakery Tycoon is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information through the app, contact us so the concern can be reviewed.

Bakery Tycoon relies on platform storage protections for information on your device and in iCloud, and on its service providers for information they process. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. This policy may be updated when the app, its providers, or legal requirements change; the effective date will be revised when that happens.
