Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are effective October 19, 2026. By using Bakery Tycoon, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to apps from the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Bakery Tycoon is an idle bakery game provided by Salih F. Simsek. It includes locally saved progress, production that continues while you are away within the game's limits, optional boosts and rewards, Gems, optional purchases, and advertising. Features, balance, and content may change over time.

Gems are a virtual in-game currency. You can earn Gems through gameplay rewards or buy them in the app, and spend them on in-game benefits such as boosts, Time Warp, and the Welcome Back bonus. Gems have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person, and are used only inside Bakery Tycoon. When iCloud is available, your Gem balance is backed up in your iCloud account and shared by your devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Without iCloud, unspent Gems can be lost if the app is deleted. Gems you spend are not returned.

Gem packs, the Starter Pack, and the VIP Club subscription are optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase that permanently doubles eligible income and adds 100 Gems once. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in Settings or Shop to restore the VIP Club subscription and the Starter Pack's permanent benefit for the same Apple Account.

VIP Club is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. While it is active, it gives 25% more production and Tap income, up to 5 hours of offline earnings, 5 extra Gems with every daily gift you claim, and an extra ×2 Welcome Back bonus. VIP Club does not remove ads. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Some optional rewards can be earned by watching a rewarded ad. A reward is granted only after the advertising service confirms that the ad was completed. Closing an ad early, losing connectivity, an ad error, privacy restrictions, or unavailable inventory does not earn a reward, and no other reward or compensation is owed when an ad is unavailable. Bakery Tycoon may also show occasional interstitial ads. Advertising is provided by third parties and may vary by location, privacy choices, device, and availability. Personalized advertising is not a condition of playing.

Use Bakery Tycoon only for lawful, personal entertainment. Do not interfere with the app, advertising systems, purchases, security controls, or reward logic; manipulate your device clock, saved data, or backups to gain rewards; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it; or use automated means to manipulate gameplay, advertising, purchases, or statistics.

Bakery Tycoon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation, and the availability of iCloud or advertising, are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and compliance with applicable laws. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

The app or these terms may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Updated terms will show a revised effective date. You may stop using Bakery Tycoon at any time by uninstalling it; an active subscription must be cancelled separately in your App Store account settings. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the app, its users, providers, or legal compliance.
